I recently stayed at a hotel in Kyiv and had a fantastic experience. The staff here were incredibly charming and welcoming, even though I didn't speak the local language. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The spa staff were also amazing and the massages were top-notch. The modern facilities and air conditioning in this hotel were a pleasant surprise, and the free and fast Wi-Fi was a definite plus. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants nearby and downtown just a short taxi ride away. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel near the historic center. The location was perfect, as it was in a nice district and not far from the center. I enjoyed taking walks along the river, lovely. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly appreciated the exchange department with excellent rates for currency exchange. The staff, especially the receptionist Marina, were kind and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed and were really nice too assist me. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping my room well-serviced each day.
Can't fault anything about it.

The rooms are clean and well-designed with comfortable furniture, and the bathrooms are spotless. The staff members are polite and helpful, providing fast WiFi and ensuring a peaceful environment. The breakfast has a good variety of choices, and the hotel offers facilities such as a fitness room and spa. the hotel provides a high-class experience for guests.
Some guests have mentioned that the receptionists can be confrontational and unhelpful at times.
